“During our stay, we experienced the following severe issues: Public Areas: The lobby and level 3 elevator floors were visibly filthy with housekeeping cart wheel marks and were never cleaned during our two-night stay. The women’s lobby bathroom trash was overflowing and remained unemptied the entire weekend, and there was no hand soap. Room 323: The sink and bathtub backed up. Maintenance ignored our call, forcing my son to ask for a snake to clear the drain himself. The toilet handle was...

“Good location for WVU baseball games. That being said… Room was not clean. There was a contact lens In the sink. Washcloth was brown. Shampoo bottle was used. The halls absolutely reeked of marijuana. Wasn’t easy to get out of the hotel due to traffic.”
